Como pueden observar, mi reporte de actividad se trata de mi día de universidad. Dándole la bienvenida a este nuevo año 2025, ya doy inicio a mis clases en la universidad, empezando así mi rutina diaria donde mantengo constante actividad desde que me despierto temprano en las mañanas.
Luego de despertarme, hacer desayuno y comer, realizo mi respectiva rutina de entrenamiento del día. Después realizo cualquier tarea pendiente y me arreglo para dirigirme hacia la universidad. Llevo mi almuerzo en una lonchera y salgo al medio día de mi casa, camino varios metros hasta tomar mi bus, la universidad me queda lejos, entonces tomo dos buses. Me quedo en un lugar donde camino varios metros más para tomar el segundo bus, luego camino otro poco más y llego a universidad.
Mis actividades académicas duran toda la tarde, para luego de culminar mi día de universidad, hacer el mismo trayecto de regreso a mi casa con gran agotamiento.
Primera vez que utilizo mi reloj inteligente para obtener los datos de mi recorrido los días que tengo clases, me dio curiosidad saber el trayecto que tenía y me alegro mucho saber que día a día mantengo una actividad física muy buena. Siendo en el día de hoy, solamente la ida hacia la universidad, más de 5.000 pasos, en tiempo de poco más de una hora, 3 kilómetros de trayecto y 70 calorías quemadas. Siendo esta información duplicada al momento de retornar hasta mi hogar.
As you can see, my activity report is about my day at university. Welcoming this new year 2025, I am already starting my classes at the university, thus starting my daily routine where I maintain constant activity since I wake up early in the morning.
After waking up, making breakfast and eating, I do my respective training routine for the day. Then I do any pending tasks and get ready to go to the university. I take my lunch in a lunch box and leave my house at noon, walk several meters to take my bus, the university is far away, so I take two buses. I stay in a place where I walk several more meters to take the second bus, then I walk a little more and arrive at the university.
My academic activities last all afternoon, and after finishing my day at university, I make the same journey back to my house, very exhausted.
This is the first time I use my smart watch to obtain data about my route on the days I have classes. I was curious to know the route I had and I am very happy to know that I maintain a very good physical activity day after day. Today, just on the way to the university, I walked more than 5,000 steps, in a little over an hour, 3 kilometers of travel and 70 calories burned. This information is duplicated when I return home.
