El día de hoy, me dispuse a realizar una caminata en horas de la mañana, al amanecer del día de hoy, aproximadamente a las 6 a.m. salí de mi casa con el objetivo de tener una extensa caminata en los alrededores de la ciudad de San Cristóbal, Estado Táchira, Venezuela, disfrutando al máximo de este trayecto, donde pude disfrutar de hermosas vistas y un vehículo deportivo que estaba en la calle. Mi recorrido caminando duró casi 4 horas, donde, efectivamente, tuve un largo trayecto caminando y mi cuerpo respondió de manera excelente a buen ritmo y buena actividad.
Como ya les he compartido en reportes anteriores, estuve con mi reloj inteligente, el cual me ayuda a tener mi seguimiento de estadísticas de mi actividad realizada. Según el informe de mi reloj, realicé 8.000 pasos en un tiempo de casi 4 horas, caminando un trayecto de casi 5 kilómetros y quemando 110 calorías. Finalizando casi a las 11 a.m. y llegando a mi casa casi a las 12 a.m.
Quiero resaltar lo saludable que es realizar caminatas, ya que favorecen mucho la actividad y la salud física, además de que es muy entretenido y mantiene una mente activa y saludable. De ese modo cualquier persona puede buenas actividades físicas y que se puede compartir junto a más personas, demás beneficios son confirmados con los datos de mi reloj y es algo bien sabido que los recorridos caminando son muy saludables.
Today, I set out to go for a walk in the morning, at dawn today, approximately at 6 a.m. I left my house with the goal of having an extensive walk in the surroundings of the city of San Cristóbal, Táchira State, Venezuela, enjoying this journey to the fullest, where I was able to enjoy beautiful views and a sports vehicle that was on the street. My walking tour lasted almost 4 hours, where, indeed, I had a long walk and my body responded excellently at a good pace and good activity.
As I have shared in previous reports, I was with my smart watch, which helps me keep track of my activity statistics. According to my watch's report, I took 8,000 steps in almost 4 hours, walking a distance of almost 5 kilometers and burning 110 calories. I finished at almost 11 a.m. and arrived home at almost 12 a.m.
I want to highlight how healthy it is to walk, since it greatly favors activity and physical health, in addition to being very entertaining and keeping the mind active and healthy. In this way, anyone can do good physical activities and can be shared with more people. Other benefits are confirmed by the data from my watch and it is well known that walking is very healthy.
