Les envío un saludo cordial a todos, en especial a aquellos que conforman la gran comunidad de #Actifit y hacen vida activa dentro del ecosistema de #Hive. Espero que estén superbién en este lindo día y que hayan disfrutado de actividades maravillosas.

En esta ocasión les vengo a enseñar, compartir y comentar acerca de mi reporte de actividad física realizado en el lindo día de hoy, el cual tuve un grandioso recorrido entretenido por la ciudad de San Cristóbal, Estado Táchira, Venezuela. Donde visité el Centro Comercial Sambil y mi caminata se extendió por varios lugares que disfruté.

En mi visita al Centro Comercial Sambil, siempre quedo maravillado con lo hermoso que es este lugar, allí siempre se mantiene un ambiente agradable y tranquilo, sus instalaciones decorativas como las fuentes de agua y las tiendas de videojuegos son mis sectores favoritos, ya que allí me siento muy bien y me entretengo observando la variedad de cosas que ofrecen y la fuente de agua me parece muy hermosa, me transmite tranquilidad y serenidad.

Después de salir del Centro Comercial, me fui dirigiendo poco a poco hacia mi hogar, en dicho trayecto pasé por una cancha deportiva donde juegan Baloncesto y Fútbol. Me tomé un momento a descansar de mi caminata, ya que el sol estaba radiante y tuve un recorrido bastante extenso.

En conclusión, me encantó mi actividad física, el seguimiento de mi reloj inteligente fue de más de 5.000 pasos, 3.25 kilómetros y 74 calorías. Estos datos son una aproximación de mi actividad física, no es algo exacto, pero es un buen seguimiento que me da a entender que obtuve buenos beneficios en mi caminata.

On this occasion I come to show you, share and comment about my physical activity report made on the beautiful day of today, which I had a great entertaining tour of the city of San Cristóbal, Táchira State, Venezuela. Where I visited the Sambil Shopping Center and my walk extended through several places that I enjoyed.

On my visit to the Sambil Shopping Center, I am always amazed by how beautiful this place is, there is always a pleasant and calm atmosphere, its decorative installations such as water fountains and video game stores are my favorite areas, since there I feel very good and I entertain myself observing the variety of things they offer and the water fountain seems very beautiful to me, it transmits tranquility and serenity to me.

After leaving the Shopping Center, I slowly headed towards my home, on that journey I passed by a sports court where they play basketball and soccer. I took a moment to rest from my walk, since the sun was radiant and I had a fairly long walk.

In conclusion, I loved my physical activity, my smartwatch tracked over 5,000 steps, 2 miles, and 74 calories. This data is an approximation of my physical activity, it is not exact, but it is a good tracking that gives me the impression that I got good benefits from my walk.
