To improve my health while working, I’ve adopted some simple yet effective daily activities. I stretch every hour to relieve muscle tension and prevent stiffness. Short walks around my workspace keep my blood flowing and refresh my mind. I make sure to hydrate regularly, keeping a water bottle on hand as a reminder. Additionally, I focus on proper posture, adjusting my chair and desk to support my back and neck. These small actions throughout my workday have boosted my energy and reduced stress, helping me stay healthier and more productive.
