Day with the family. My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2023

A beautiful day for a walk in the park this morning.

And my dog found a wonderful stick to walk with in the evening.

Mostly though I spent time with my son who was recently injured and currently recovering.

And my mom who is visiting from 1400km away.

Sure the diet got ignored and stretches didn't get done. There is always tomorrow though and I have priorities :)

Until tomorrow.
