Today was another less than stellar day. Jet lag is killing me. Bed at 10pm and awake at 1am. Ugh. Get sleepy again at 4am..... then sleep until 11am.
Seriously? This sucks.
Yes the dog got walked and yes I got my steps. Seriously though it's getting old.
So I headed to the pharmacy to grab some melatonin to see if it helps. I really want to do my 5 am workouts but i can't do it without some sleep.
So let's see what tomorrow brings
