Now I didn't actually see the trainer today. Tomorrow I see him early in the morning.
However I didn't really take any pictures today and I forgot to have actifit open for half the day so my step count is really low.
Still it's enough to post.
I'm the morning I had leg day at the gym and treadmill for an hour.
No that's not a treadmill that's kind of a weird push up using a band and bar but still it's me two days ago.
After the gym it was time to head home and take the dog for a walk. Went with my son and it was actually a nice day. Cool and threatened to rain but still nice.
And no this is not walking the dog it's a really awful plank where I have to bring my knee to elbow (good luck)
I did a little housework to add a few steps but not that much. Watched anime with my son. Fun but no steps. Watched a movie with my wife. Also fun but also no steps.
So you get another exercise that I do with the trainer picture. Because, well it's actifit and image of my sitting in my butt watching a movie don't really fit.
Other than that strawberry plants got a new home. My son made a grow room for marijuana (yes is legal for a few plants in Canada) but never actually got around to doing it. Hmmm... Irony?
Always it looks like a good good home strawberries.
And that's my day. Even if the photos don't exactly match :)
