A busy day today, back to school with the latest stiltwalking group meant a couple of hours of walking around coaching the trainees.
Then back to sorting the shed for a while, before a walk on the beach with herself.
From there it’s was off to lead my running group on our first evening back since Christmas. They asked me to be gentle, so obviously we did hill repeats.
I was gentle though, it was all steady pace, no uphill sprints. That would have been too likely to cause a hamstring injury, so down with that sort of thing!
