This is a photo of the air-fried chips (fries) that I made today.
Potatoes are a good source of carbohydrates and vitamin C.
When I make them air-fried, I use very little oil.
I put them in the oven and turn the air on.
They are ready in about half an hour.
No special equipment, only a rectangular tray and a sheet of baking paper.
