오늘도 뜨거운 여름날~~

하체에 집중.
다른 날 보다 하체 운동을 많이
하였더니 허벅지가 빵빵 해졌다.
달리기도 오랜만에 3km를 가볍게 뛰고
2km 걷고 스트레칭~

이두근 운동도 가볍게~^^
