Hey Actifit frens! Another extremely busy and active day for myself today knocking out over 14,000 steps on the day. A lot of those came while I was on the cycle for over 30 minutes today did three different cycle exercise exercises one at physical therapy and I’m making good progress on my foot recovery. Hope y’all had a wonderful and active day out there as well and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
