Hey Actifit frens! Had another epic day today and got in over 10,000 steps by doing a lot of steps around the office and by doing a lot of steps after the office chasing my kids around my house. I also did the indoor cycle today and got in a high intensity workout cycling. Hope you enjoy the daily meme.
