Hey Actifit Frens! Had quite a busy day today, which is how I knocked out over 10,000 steps on the day mostly walking around the office so walking my dog at lunch. The rest was done on the indoor cycle and did one of those for about 20 minutes. Hope you enjoy the daily meme.
