Hey Actifit frens! Had an epic day today cleaning my house and knocking out a ton of steps in the process. I got so many steps in today it’s over 13,000 and I did not even do a high intensity workout. So all in all, it was a very busy and productive day and I made a lot of progress but tomorrow I need to do at least two high intensity workout challenges. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme.
