Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy day today and knocked out over 12,000 steps by walking around my house and cleaning up and chasing my children around the house. I did not even need to get a high intensity workout in today because I knocked out 12,000 steps just by trying to keep my house in order and keep the chaos at Bay. Hope y’all had a wonderful day out there and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
