On 23 February 1993, the album "Live: Right Here, Right Now" by the American band Van Halen was released. It is the first live recording that Van Halen made after many years of career and curiously it was not with David Lee Roth but with Sammy Hagar as vocalist.
The recording is from the last world tour with different concerts in the United States and Europe between 1991 and 1992, and contains a varied selection of songs from the band's entire discography up to that point.
While some critics consider it to be a very predictable and overly long and tedious album, others consider it one of the best live albums in rock history, a showcase of the power and creativity of one of the most influential bands in rock history, and a powerful reflection of the special connection that is established between a band and its audience at a live concert.
