On March 22, 1982 "The Number of the Beast" third studio album of the British heavy metal band Iron Maiden was released. This album was the first in which vocalist Bruce Dickinson participated.
"The Number of the Beast" is considered one of the most important and iconic in the history of rock.
The commercial and critical success was absolute becoming the first Iron Maiden album to reach number 1 in the charts halfway around the world consolidating the band as one of the most important of the genre.
