Happy weekend Actifit Family! I hope everyone is keeping fit and active in one way or the other . We all should remember health is wealth so we must take our health as a priority. Regular exercise keeps the body fit and healthy. This has proven to be correct and true over time . Personally I keep fit by doing push-ups, sit-ups , lifting of dumbbells as well as playing football.
Saturday mornings most especially is a time dedicated to playing football with my friends. It's a day of the week I'm always looking forward to just because I'll get to play football. This overtime has become a personal routine of mine and I hardly miss it .
Today won't be an exception so I'm out already to assemble with the guys for some intense football actions.
We apply the 5-aside set gameplay with a 10 minute interval. Teams are usually selected at random using a ballot system. This is always fair and square as everyone gets a team to play for .
