Today I completed my second consecutive day without wanting to go to the gym, although the motivation was not at 100%. It was my turn to train my legs and, despite the lack of mental connection, I managed to move forward with the routine. I decided to skip the last exercise so as not to force my mind, but I am glad that I complied with attending: the essential thing is to keep moving. 💪
Today Saturday will be a day of active rest, ideal for recharging energy. I trust that this weekend will allow me to return to Monday with more focus and determination.
Discipline beats temporary motivation. I will continue building habits, step by step!
