My fitness journey began with the biggest challenge of all - actually starting it . It was the hardest part and I always had an excuse for not doing it - it was "tomorrow" or "I'll start on monday", until my stubbornes prevailed. Once that was out of the way it gradually became easy to follow a routine - walk to work, get home, do your exercises.
I don't keep track of the steps that I'm taking or the distance, because I find different little things to impress me along the way!
I always thought that my work is somewhat stagnant, but today I realized how much movement I had during the day and it is really motivating. ☺️
Today was my active rest day, so I had a chance to simply relax on the balcony and enjoy the view.
