During the havy working days we need to make our body fit. So we need to eat delicious and tasty food besides hard working and daily exercise. Today my mother served me this plate of Bangladeshi food which is so delicious. The meal contains fluffy rice white in color, the spicy and fragrant fish curry prepared with onion and the last items was the green dal that is rich in plant protein.
I can almost taste the spices and the fish. This is the perfect meal to share with family members in regular meal.
