Hello again! Long time no see... I am Iris from Indonesia and I want to share my daily activity. This past weekend I didn't do much because the weather is so bad. It rained heavily so I couldn't take my boy to play.
I ride my motorbike again to work today, to avoid Monday's hustle which most likely will hit me if I ride public transportation.
It was pretty busy as usual at the factory. We reviewed some production panels to make sure the finishing process went smoothly. I got some administrative tasks as well so I went back and fort from productive area and my office.
It started drizzling around 4 PM so I decided to go home. Getting drenched while riding motorbike is no fun at all, especially if you are wearing glasses. Luckily, when I went home, the rain already stopped on the direction where I head to. So I got this nice, cool, and dreamy weather of typical highlands.
The wind was blowing pretty strong, and it gradually getting colder the farther I ride because my town actually is on higher ground that the district that I went to work. I ride slowly to enjoy the cool temperatures, as well as to keep it safe because the road is slippery.
Unfortunately, there was a traffic accident when I just reached halfway. It cause a pretty bad jam and deadlock. Apparently there was a collide between a tanker truck and a dump truck.
I didn't witness the accident, but when I reached the scene, a tow truck was already there. However, it was pretty deadlock on the opposite direction, because the dump truck body was blocking the road.
Just wish there no human casualties and the rescue process went well. I continued my trip while watching the line of vehicles getting worse. Wish that I could tell every car to turn around but there's bo way to do that. That's right, it is very important to keep alert on the road because anything can happen. That's all for today, hopefully no more sad news like this tomorrow. Stay safe everyone!
