There’s nothing like weightlifting for me. I wouldn’t be able to have the exact same mental and physical experience doing any other stuff.
I know this can sound as a particular opinion, but if you’re not using your biggest muscles to lift weights, from your entire body, you’re in disadvantage compared to someone who’s training the whole body. In terms of health, swimming is also another great option, but I find it harder to keep track of my growth process. It’s much easier to count in sets and kilograms.
