Never did it occur to me that being quarantined can still make me me fit. Contrary to several posts I have seen over at social media that this situation is an excuse yo gaining weight, because well, we looove to eat.
But then, actually, it was the other way around. I do love to eat and staying at home just made me love eating more because well, i have all the time to cook. However, I do have all the time to exercise as well.
I have all the time to do household chores. I have all the time to do some gardening. I have all the time to do zumba, aerobics and anything that makes me sweat.
Started cleaning up and running around the house and yard as early as 5 am. Yes, I am all sweaty and tired. But i am happy, accomplished and definitely felt lighter.
