My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2022

Hello friends from #Actifit #HIVE and #Blurt, today I had a very busy day, I went to do my daily training at the gym, today I had to warm up on the air bike, exercises to work shoulders and finally running 🏃🏻‍♀️. The training was very good.

In the afternoon I went to the stylist to cut my hair 💇🏻‍♀️ So it was a fun day with a makeover included 🙌🏻

Hola amigos de #Actifit #HIVE y #Blurt hoy tuve un día bastante movido, fui a realizar mi entrenamiento diario en el gimnasio, hoy tocó calentamiento en la bicicleta de aire, ejercicios para trabajar hombros y al final running 🏃🏻‍♀️. Estuvo muy bueno el entrenamiento.

En la tarde fui al estilista a cortarme el cabello 💇🏻‍♀️ Así que fue un día divertido y con cambio de look incluido 🙌🏻
