Hello everyone and welcome to a new content, where I will be sharing with you my ACTIFIT report for the month of January 2025, doing the first hiking tour of this year in El Cerro hotel Maracay. I got up early to be at the starting point at 7:00 am at the latest, but waiting for a companion the climbing time was around 8:30😅.

The sun was quite strong when we were already at the first station known as the first point, the sun and the heat was quite intense, so I decided to continue without resting so much because later it would be worse... I made a complete route to the famous ‘Container’ located at the top of the hill where the sign indicates 4.7 KM of route with an altitude of 1131MSNM.

I took some pictures leaving a souvenir of me doing my famous handstand or handstand on a trunk, but it was not an impediment that allowed me to perform my static movement.

After that we took a break at the river and my mobile was very low on battery, so I left it on the end to keep the app working and go a little further until I got close to my home where I would take a break for lunch and consider my hiking route of the year finished.... See you next time!

Hola a todos y bienvenidos a un nuevo contenido, dónde estaré compartiéndoles mi reporte de ACTIFIT del mes de enero del 2025, realizando el primer recorrido de senderismo de este año en El Cerro hotel Maracay. Me levanté temprano para lograr estar máximo a las 7:00 am en el lugar de partida, pero esperando a una compañera el tiempo de subida se realizó a eso de las 8:30😅.

El sol estaba bastante fuerte cuando ya estábamos por la primera estación conocida como el primer punto, el sol y el calor era bastante intenso, así que decidí continuar sin descansar tanto porque luego sería peor... Realicé un recorrido completo hasta el famoso "Container" ubicado en la cima del cerro donde indica el letrero 4.7 KM de recorrido con altura de 1131MSNM.

Tome algunas fotografías dejando un recuerdo haciendo mi famoso handstand o parada de manos sobre un tronco algo raro, pero no fue un impedimento que me permitiera realizar mi movimiento estático.

Luego de ello al bajar tomamos un descanso en el río y mi móvil estaba a muy poca batería, así que lo dejé al extremo para que la app siguiera funcionando y avanzar un poco más hasta llegar cerca de mi hogar donde tomaría un descanso para almorzar y dar como por finalizada mi ruta de senderismo del año... ¡Hasta la próxima!
