Community, Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías capturadas después de una intensa sesión de entrenamiento enfocada exclusivamente en la plancha. Este entrenamiento tuvo como objetivo principal trabajar combos, no necesariamente perfectos o completos, pero sí destinados a explorar nuevas combinaciones. Desde que comenzó este año, me fijé la meta de llevar mi nivel en plancha a nuevas alturas. Aunque considero que es uno de mis puntos fuertes, siempre hay espacio para mejorar y evolucionar. En esta ocasión, decidí salir de mi zona de confort y dejar de lado los combos más básicos de fuerza, como las push ups y los press. Quise centrarme en combinaciones más complejas y visualmente impactantes, buscando no solo mejorar mi rendimiento, sino también ofrecer un espectáculo que inspire a quienes me ven. Fue un entrenamiento desafiante que exigió al máximo mi capacidad física y mental. Terminé agotado, pero con la satisfacción de haber cumplido con mi objetivo diario: superarme un poco más y seguir persiguiendo mi mejor versión.A big greetings friends of

This training had as its main objective to work on combos, not necessarily perfect or complete, but aimed at exploring new combinations. Since this year began, I set the goal of taking my plank level to new heights. Although I consider it one of my strong points, there is always room for improvement and evolution. On this occasion, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and leave aside the most basic strength combos, such as push ups and presses. I wanted to focus on more complex and visually striking combinations, seeking not only to improve my performance, but also to offer a show that inspires those who see me. It was a challenging workout that demanded my physical and mental capacity to the maximum.
