Es ist mal wieder Zeit für einen kleinen Actifitbeitrag.
Heute morgen bin ich vor dem Frühstück mal wieder eine Runde joggen gegangen. Ich bin zweimal um die Wohnsiedlung in der Nachbarschaft gelaufen. Eine Runde entspricht ungefähr 2 Kilometer. Da ich noch im Anschluss direkt zum Bäcker gelaufen bin und ein paar Brötchen zum Frühstück geholt habe, bin ich insgesamt 4,4 Kilometer gelaufen.
Bei einer durchschnittlichen Zeit von 5 Minuten und 43 Sekunden pro Kilometer bin ich eigentlich zufrieden. Ziel für dieses Jahr war es eigentlich, die 5 Kilometer in 30 Minuten zu laufen und da bin ich ja schon angekommen. Wenn ich dann noch schmerzfrei bleibe, dann ist alles gut.
Im Laufe des Vormittags habe ich dann noch den Hühnerstall sauber gemacht und ein bisschen im Garten gearbeitet. Hier habe ich tatsächlich noch einmal den Rasen gemäht (am 5. November !!!!!).
In dieser Woche erhielt ich auch mal wieder eine PM über Twitter. Juhu! Ich gabe mal wieder was gewonnen.
Aber, komisch.
Das kenne ich gar nicht.
Habe ich da überhaupt mitgemacht?

Dann fiel mir in dem Link zum claimen des Preises ein Fehler in der Adresse von Atomichub auf. Ich habe dann geantwortet und gebeten, mir den Preis direkt in die Wallet zu schicken, aber das wollten die wohl nicht und haben mir immer nur den falschen Link geschickt. Scheiß Betrüger !!

This morning I went jogging before breakfast. I ran twice around the housing estate in the neighborhood. One round is about 2 kilometers. Since I ran directly to the bakery and got some rolls for breakfast, I ran a total of 4.4 kilometers.
