My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2024

Hello fellow Actifitters,

Getting back to my old habits means stretching 1 or 2 times a week. And yes I hate my blackroll! But I must admit that it was less painfull as expected. I finished my blackroll session with some basic animal forms exercices, a mic between stretching and yoga.
