Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive y Actifit. Espero que todos estén muy bien en el día de hoy, chicos. Un gusto poder compartir con ustedes. Les contaré parte de lo que fue mi tarde-noche. Ayer me sentía pesado y con cansancio encima; estaba entre si ir o no al parque, ya que era un día antes de Nochebuena y muchos atletas se ponen a hacer sus ocupaciones y organizarse para pasar Navidad. Estaba sin hacer nada en la casa, así que decidí empezar a organizar las cosas para ir al parque a entrenar.
Greetings to the entire Hive and Actifit community. I hope everyone is doing great today, guys. Nice to be able to share with you. I'll tell you part of what my evening was like. Yesterday I was feeling heavy and tired; I was torn between whether or not to go to the park, as it was the day before Christmas Eve and a lot of athletes get busy and get organised for Christmas. I was doing nothing at home, so I decided to start organising things to go to the park to train.

Me bañé para quitarme la pesadez de encima y busqué mi ropa de entrenamiento; sin embargo, no encontraba las mangas negras deportivas. Perdí mucho tiempo buscándolas, ya que quería ponérmelas para combinar con mi ropa. Noté que ya eran casi las 6 p.m., así que decidí irme sin las mangas porque si seguía buscando iba a quedarme en casa, y era lo menos que quería. Quería salir a despejar un rato la mente, desconectar del teléfono y llegar al parque.
I took a bath to wash off the heaviness and looked for my training clothes; however, I couldn't find the black sports sleeves. I wasted a lot of time looking for them, as I wanted to wear them to match my clothes. I noticed that it was almost 6 p.m., so I decided to leave without the sleeves because if I kept looking I was going to stay at home, and that was the least I wanted to do. I wanted to go out and clear my mind for a while, disconnect from the phone and get to the park.

Salí de mi casa y, cuando empecé a caminar hacia el parque, sentí mucha paz por dentro porque sabía que iba a ir a mi lugar feliz. A veces nosotros entrenamos para encontrar paz y relajarnos; hay momentos en los cuales solamente se entrena con ese objetivo, mientras que otras veces se entrena si quieres avanzar en algún ejercicio. La mayoría de las veces, y sobre todo cuando estoy en época de clases, suelo ir al parque a despejar un rato mi mente para luego volver mejor mentalmente. Es algo que beneficia mucho, chicos; solo es cuestión de organizarse. Espero que todos pasen una feliz Nochebuena y disfruten una noche feliz con su familia. ¡Feliz Navidad, amigos de Actifit!
I left my house and, when I started walking towards the park, I felt a lot of peace inside because I knew I was going to my happy place. Sometimes we train to find peace and relax; there are times when you train only for that purpose, while other times you train if you want to advance in an exercise. Most of the time, especially when I'm in school, I go to the park to clear my mind for a while and then come back better mentally. It's a very beneficial thing to do, guys; it's just a matter of getting organised.
