I know that visiting the therapist does not really have to do with you ill or having mental health problems. You can visitbthe therapist if you need some advice on a few things.
Also, if you are that person who has ever visited the therapist for a mental health problem, I’m very sure that you will be told to listen to music because that can boost your mental health. Music and our mental health has a relationship. As long as music can have an effects on our thoughts and emotions, it means it has an effect on our mental health.

There are so many things music can do to our mental health which I’d be listing one by one.
