[song cover] Bang Chan - Don't Want to Admit

I hope everyone's doing okay and surviving so far.

Personally, one of the reasons why I have been surviving so far is that I have found this really awesome k-pop group, Stray Kids (SKZ). I've been obsessing with SKZ since last month and so far, I've never found any bad song from them...and I'm not just saying this!!!

Anyway, my bias is Bang Chan, the SKZ leader, so I'd naturally be drawn to anything related to him. Because I've been watching a lot of SKZ videos, I came across this song release from Bang Chan entitled "인정하기 싫어" which means "Don't Want To Admit" when translated to English. This song has broke me the first time I heard it, especially because of how heartbreaking the lyrics are. In a way, I can relate to what the song was about. And, it didn't help at all, that Bang Chan sang this so emotionally. 🙁

To be able to do this song cover "properly", I had to sing the entire song in English, since I don't trust my pronunciation hehe. I just used existing YouTube videos with the English translation already available as reference, and then revised accordingly, to make the lyrics easier to sing.

Here's my revision:

I hope you enjoy listening to this, as much as I enjoyed mixing and recording this using BandLab. I want to try to be good at producing music, so maybe I'd be releasing more production soon.

For this cover, I mainly used The Lambchopper's instrumental and the official audio uploaded by the SKZ channel to try and recreate a duet "with" Bang Chan.
