I didn't sleep much last night.. but isn't it the worse when u just lay in bed, trying to go back to sleep, but hours pass as u think of nothing but junk..
and then to top it off, I lost my trade, but then the day got a bit better and now I think I have a plan..
just stick to the routine.. 1. hive 2. trade 3. stacks..
I also noticed that I lost some inches.. wearing pants that u haven't worn in a while will make that obvious.. so add gain some weight back onto the list.
I hope you try to get some sleep, I believe things will get better.
