Salud y bendiciones para todos los hivers de esta comunidad de #ThreeTuneTuesday hoy, aprovechando la hermosa iniciativa de @ablaze quiero compartir con ustedes tres temas musicales, dos de ellos de la plena autoría de Pablo Milanés y la tercera, del joven cantante y compositor cubano Leonis Torres, en cuyo tema se hace evidente la influencia del grandísimo Pablo.
Pablo Milanés es uno de los iconos de la música cubana. Su obra está dotada de más de 400 canciones. Sus temas han marcado y descrito varias épocas, situaciones y generaciones de cubanos.
Sus canciones han sido interpretadas por muchos e importantes músicos de muchas partes del mundo.
La belleza y calidez de sus textos, la originalidad de su música, unida a la calidad de sus interpretaciones y la exclusividad de su voz, lo colocaron siempre entre los lugares de privilegio, no solo en Cuba sino en muchos países.
Desde muy temprano en su carrera profesional, se destacó entre las figuras de la Nueva Trova y la cancionistica cubana. Y aunque en un principio, muchos de sus temas se convirtieron en himnos de la "generación revolucionaria", en los últimos años de su vida y carrera se hizo pública sus diferencias y descontento con la cúpula del gobierno cubano.
Pero Pablo fue por sobre todas las cosas, un cantor al amor. Al menos 5 de sus canciones fueron dedicadas a las mujeres de su vida; Entre estas destacan: Olga, Sandra y Yolanda, además de otras composiciones donde el tema del amor se manifiesta. Y es precisamente aquí donde enfoco mi selección de hoy.

Esta bellísima canción es un himno a la nostalgia, a ese vacío existencial que provoca la ausencia del ser amado. La lírica, la música y la interpretación de este tema, te hará disfrutar de esta canción.
La segunda propuesta se hace imprescindible, se trata de [Yolanda]...(
la más cantada de todas las canciones de Pablo. Se trata de un poema musical dedicado a uno de sus amores. Esta canción ha trascendido las barreras del tiempo y la cultura y ha servido además como inspiración a otros compositores.
Cierro mi lista de hoy con: [Para que un día vuelvas]...(
de Leonis Torres, un joven músico cubano bajo la influencia de la música de Pablo y que goza además de popularidad en Cuba y entre el público de habla hispana.
