Había estado esperando algunos días para el lanzamiento de una canción la cual quería incluir dentro de este post, y ya que finalmente salió procedo a dar mi opinión a manera de reseña acerca de estas canciones de k-pop lanzadas recientemente. He de recordar que, el k-pop es un género musical derivante del pop, solo que su elaboración es por individuos oriundos de Corea del Sur, aunque hay artistas con otras nacionalidades que hacen k-pop. Ahora sin más que agregar... ¡Comencemos!
I had been waiting a few days for the release of a song which I wanted to include in this post, and since it finally came out I will proceed to give my opinion as a review about these recently released k-pop songs. I have to remember that, k-pop is a musical genre derived from pop, only that its elaboration is by individuals from South Korea, although there are artists with other nationalities that make k-pop. Now without further ado... Let's get started!
XOXO de SOMI, es una canción que relata una ruptura por cambiar a una persona por otra y luego quedar en el lugar de malo tras ser cambiado por alguien más, sin embargo demuestra cómo el mandar "besos y abrazos" a manera de tomar un significado de "estoy bien, estoy sanando" y "la mitad de mi corazón que te di ahora es mía nuevamente". La canción en sí es excelente y se me hace extremadamente pegadiza, no dejo de escucharla y bailarla
XOXO by SOMI, is a song that tells the story of a breakup by changing one person for another and then being left in the bad place after being changed by someone else, however it shows how sending "kisses and hugs" by way of taking on a meaning of "I'm okay, I'm healing" and "the half of my heart that I gave you is now mine again". The song itself is excellent and is extremely catchy, I can't stop listening to it and dancing to it.
De parte de mi grupo favorito, Twice, Scientist es una canción cuyo concepto es lindo y voraz al mismo tiempo, platicando acerca de realizar alguna acción si alguien te gusta y no intentar buscarle un significado a todo para poder encontrar la formula del amor. Con un vídeo fabuloso y una coreografía bastante genial, Scientist queda como otro hit de Twice.
From my favorite girl group, Twice, Scientist is a song whose concept is cute and voracious at the same time, talking about doing something if you like someone and not trying to find meaning in everything in order to find the formula of love. With a fabulous video and a pretty cool choreography, Scientist is another hit from Twice.
Usualmente no soy de escuchar canciones de grupos masculinos, pero este grupo es mi excepción. Estos chicos decidieron hacer una canción al estilo navideño con distintos ritmos y una mezcla impresionante de estilos, realmente me gustó muchísimo la canción y el álbum también en general.
I'm not usually one to listen to songs by male groups, but this group is my exception. These guys decided to do a Christmas style song with different rhythms and an impressive mix of styles, I really liked the song and the album in general.
Hace meses llevaba esperando comeback de este grupo que me gusta bastante, a decir verdad. Al principio de la canción estaba como "¿qué es esto?" pero a medida que fue avanzando quedé encantada totalmente, me pareció increíblemente genial el vídeo y todos sus componentes, además de que la canción también está súper increíble.
I have been waiting for months for a comeback from this band that I really like, to tell the truth. At the beginning of the song I was like "what is this?" but as it progressed I was totally enchanted, I found the video and all its components incredibly cool, plus the song is also super awesome.
Si leyeron la introducción, hablé acerca de una canción que llevaba mucho tiempo esperando a que saliera, realmente estaba ansiosa por saber cómo sería. Finalmente hace horas se estrenó esta nueva canción, que si bien no está en idioma coreano sino japonés, es de igual manera de un grupo subcoreano. No sabía cómo sería la canción o el vídeo y tampoco me esperaba algo como lo que hicieron, fue simplemente maravilloso, los vocales de la canción y las modulaciones de voz fueron espléndidas, una dulce melodía que me encantó.
If you read the intro, I talked about a song I had been waiting a long time for it to come out, I was really looking forward to how it would be. Finally hours ago this new song was released, which although it is not in Korean language but Japanese, it is still from a sub Korean group. I didn't know how the song or the video would be and I didn't expect something like what they did, it was just wonderful, the vocals of the song and the voice modulations were splendid, a sweet melody that I loved.
Como bonus quise complementar esta publicación añadiendo la nueva canción del cantante británico Ed Sheeran, con la colaboración de dos artistas surcoreanas como lo son Jessi y Sunmi. Sí, había oído hablar acerca de esta colaboración y a decir verdad, me gustó mucho, no tenía una idea concisa de cómo podría llegar a ser pero superó mis expectativas, una colaboración bastante genial, a decir verdad.
As a bonus I wanted to complement this post by adding the new song by British singer Ed Sheeran, with the collaboration of two South Korean artists such as Jessi and Sunmi. Yes. I had heard about this collaboration and to tell you the truth, I really liked it, I didn't have a concise idea of how it could become but it exceeded my expectations, a pretty cool collaboration, to tell you the truth.
Y este fue mi post opinando acerca de estas canciones de kpop que tienen poco tiempo de haber salido, fue una divertida idea que surgió de la nada y que quise plasmar bien de manera concisa y así poder compartirla dentro de esta comunidad. Espero les haya sido de su agrado mi publicación, y asimismo espero seguir trayendo contenido de este tipo dentro de la comunidad de música. And this was my post giving my opinion about these kpop songs that have little time to have been released, it was a fun idea that came out of nowhere and I wanted to capture it well in a concise way so I could share it within this community.
