Llevaba unos cuantos días con unas fuertes recaídas emocionales y un bloqueo mental bastante fuerte, realmente no hallaba manera de ordenar de manera prudente mis ideas para traer un buen post nuevamente a esta comunidad que tanto amo, hasta hace muy poco que salió algo que en verdad me hizo alegrar tanto que prendió el foco sobre mi cabeza y con lo que llegué a motivarme para platicar sobre ello.
El día de ayer fue lanzado el Melody Project de Chaeyoung, que para resolver unas cuantas dudas principalmente. Son Chaeyoung es una artista sur-coreana, misma que obtiene distintos títulos tanto de cantante, como rapera, modelo, artista y compositora. Esta misma forma parte del grupo de pop sur-coreano "Twice". Los Melody Project o MP es un proyecto a manera paralela en donde las miembros del grupo Twice, demuestran sus habilidades en vídeos tipo "cover" en solitario. Son Chaeyoung es una joven a la cual considero uno de mis más grandes modelos a seguir y quien en verdad me ha inspirado demasiado. Es por ello que hoy he venido a compartir dentro de esta comunidad mi pequeño análisis de su Melody Project sacado recientemente.
I had been a few days with some strong emotional relapses and a strong mental block, I really could not find a way to order my ideas wisely to bring a good post again to this community that I love so much, until very recently that something came out that really made me happy so much that turned on the lightbulb on my head and with what I got to motivate me to talk about it.
Yesterday Chaeyoung's Melody Project was released, which mainly to solve a few doubts. Son Chaeyoung is a South Korean artist, who has obtained different titles such as singer, rapper, model, artist and composer. She is part of the South Korean pop group "Twice". The Melody Project or MP is a side project where the members of the group Twice demonstrate their skills in solo cover videos. Son Chaeyoung is a young woman who I consider one of my biggest role models and who has really inspired me a lot. That is why today I have come to share within this community my little analysis of her recently released Melody Project.
Chaeyoung es reconocida por parte de la línea de rap del grupo al que pertenece, además de ser una de las idols raperas con más reputación y de pertenecer enlistados de los idols raperos más rápidos de ciertas generaciones. Sí, es rapera pero, su vocal es de los más hermosos que he escuchado, su voz es tan tersa y bonita que podría decir que duele, en un buen sentido.
Chaeyoung is recognized by part of the rap lineup of the group she belongs to, besides being one of the most reputable rap idols and belonging to the list of the fastest rapping idols of certain generations. Yes, she is a rapper but, her vocal is one of the most beautiful I have ever heard, her voice is so smooth and beautiful that I could say it hurts, in a good way.
Anteriormente había tenido la oportunidad de sacar dos Melody Project, uno individual de la canción "Alone" de la artista Cheeze.

Y una colaboración junto con Kim Dahyun, otra miembro del grupo al que ambas pertenecen que también forma parte de la línea de rap, haciendo un cover de la canción "Switch to me" del artista Rain a dueto con JYP.

En esta ocasión, como en distintas otras ocasiones Chaeyoung ha demostrado gran aprecio y fanatismo hacia la carrera musical del cantante Justin Bieber, pudo realizar un cover de su canción títulada "Off My Face".
On this occasion, as on different occasions Chaeyoung has shown great appreciation and fanaticism towards singer Justin Bieber's music career, she was able to perform a cover of his song titled "Off My Face".
MY OPINION.
Yo realmente quedé sin palabras tras haber visto el vídeo, en realidad sigo sin palabras. No encuentro la manera de explicar qué sentí al ver ese vídeo. Fue hermoso, en tantos aspectos distintos ¿Por qué quedé sin palabras? Subestimé a Chaeyoung, la subestimé tanto. Pensé que ya había oído o visto lo que ella era capaz de hacer, estaba totalmente equivocada.
I was really speechless after watching the video, actually I am still speechless. I can't find a way to explain what I felt when I saw that video. It was beautiful, in so many different ways.
Why was I speechless? I underestimated Chaeyoung, I underestimated her so much. I thought I had already heard or seen what she was capable of doing, I was totally wrong.
Primero quiero hablar sobre el vídeo. Es precioso, tiene tanta vegetación real, sin pantalla verde y un concepto cinematográfico bastante vintage, cuenta con una estética preciosa y un buen control de los efectos visuales. A pesar de ser algo tan simple, con cada toma del vídeo se es posible retratar lo hermoso de la naturaleza. Tal estética siento que le queda como anillo al dedo a Chaeyoung, ellla realmente parecía una princesa ahí, parece bastante irreal. Por lo que he podido dar cuenta al ya tener más de dos años siguiendo su carrera artística y viendo vídeos de mucho antes de que yo empezara a seguirla, en sus inicios, he podido notar que su voz ha cambiado tanto. Su cantar ya no es tímido, es más una conexión entre su canto y su ser interior, y me encanta esa manera en la que lo interpreto. Es realmente inexplicable, pero es sumamente hermoso.
First I want to talk about the video. It's beautiful, it has so much real vegetation, no green screen and a pretty vintage cinematic concept, it has beautiful aesthetics and a good control of visual effects. Despite being something so simple, with each shot of the video it is possible to portray the beauty of nature. Such aesthetics I feel fit Chaeyoung like a glove, she really looked like a princess there, it looks quite unreal. As far as I have been able to tell by following her artistic career for more than two years now and watching videos from long before I started following her, in her early days, I have been able to notice that her voice has changed so much. Her singing is no longer shy, it's more of a connection between her singing and her inner self, and I love the way I interpret it. It's really inexplicable, but it's extremely beautiful.
La subestimé, porque jamás pensé que demostraría ese nivel vocal tan asombroso que tiene, lo tenía tan oculto. Hay una parte del vídeo, donde solo armoniza la melodía, jamás pensé que ella fuera capaz de hacer algo como eso que hizo.
Chaeyoung cada vez más va creciendo tanto como artista, en vez de buscar su camino, decidió hacer el suyo propio y empezar por ahí, tiene un espíritu aventurero bastante admirable, ella es mi ejemplo perfecto para el título de "espíritu libre", sigue madurando y creciendo a su propio ritmo, sigue encontrándose a sí misma y cosas nuevas que pueda experimentar que quizás encajen bien con su persona. Son Chaeyoung no es solamente una artista para mí, Son Chaeyoung es mi ejemplo a seguir.
I underestimated her, because I never thought she would show that amazing vocal level she has, she had it so hidden. There's a part of the video where she just harmonizes the melody, I never thought she would be able to do something like what she did.
Chaeyoung more and more is growing so much as an artist, instead of looking for her path, she decided to make her own path and start from there, she has quite an admirable adventurous spirit, she is my perfect example for the title of "free spirit", she keeps maturing and growing at her own pace, she keeps finding herself and new things she can experience that maybe fit well with her persona. Son Chaeyoung is not just an artist to me, Son Chaeyoung is my role model.
La música es un gran refugio para muchas personas, hay quienes esta les ha ayudado a lidiar con sus problemas a manera de escape, y muchos quienes agradecen a artistas, canciones o letras lo mucho que han hecho por ellos. La música tiene un gran impacto en las personas, desde hace muchísimo tiempo lo ha tenido, y hay quienes tienen como mayores ejemplos a seguir a gente que ha contribuido al área musical, influyendo en esas personas de tal manera que impactan mucho en sus vidas, en múltiples aspectos. Music is a great safe place haven for many people, there are those who it has helped them deal with their problems as an escape, and many who are grateful to artists, songs or lyrics for what they have done for them. Music has a great impact on people, it has had for a very long time, and there are those who have as their biggest role models people who have contributed to the musical area, influencing those people in such a way that it has a great impact on their lives, in multiple aspects.
