RE: (Esp | Eng) Daft Punk - Random Access Memories | Album Review

WOOHOO: 10 out of 10 rating you give it! :)

To be honest, I never really followed Daft Punk. Of course, I know them, kinda know what they did, but many of their work I hardly listened to. Interestingly, the most know song to me was the opening track at the Discovery album: One More Time.

You wrote: in 1979 Disco was declared dead? Ok ok maybe for mainstream, the mass, but I've been dancing to Discohouse since I've been going to clubs and festivals, which started as early as the early 90s (3 decades ago). Not at mainstream spots, more like at underground spots (clubs and other places) and side fields at festivals, but too me, disco was never ever dead :)

The Disco Demolition Night was a pretty interesting event. But, you're completely right, died just for mainstream.
Disco will be alive forever in my heart, and in my listenings.

And, you should listen to this album!
I love it!

Have marked it in my Spotify for a thorough listen. Skipped through it to see if I recognise some tracks, but wasn't able so. I suppose the tracks from their earlier album stuck with me more. Let's see, will take some time to go through their whole discography.
