I like you added the additional 'instrumental' sounds. Just the guitar, seemed indeed a little empty. I felt the sound of the guitar is a little weak also, but am not sure of this is the type of your guitar, or the strings getting too old (like you mentioned somewhere in the clip as well). The spark doesn't seem to be there. That said, could also be the play style, so don't mind me too much {LOL} D*rn, I don't want to give a hint on the video, since I know you'll start trying to make this better the next time which in the end will cost you a lot more time while you already spend lots of time to create :) Therefore, please continue with whatever you like to create and I'll listen en read whatever comes to the blockchain {LOL}

You also right that the syncopated style doesn't gel well on it's own. Maybe 2 guitars playing simultaneously would have been a better option.
