Robert Plant surprised fans on February 2, 2024 in Blackpool by teaming up with Deborah Bonham, sister of legendary drummer John Bonham, for an unexpected performance.
Together, the duo captivated the crowd by performing iconic Led Zeppelin classics such as “The Lemon Song” and “Ramble On,” creating a truly memorable moment for those in attendance.

The connection between Robert Plant and Deborah Bonham goes back years, when she recorded her first demos at Plant's house at the age of 17.

Although she sent her recordings anonymously, she managed to sign her first record deal in 1985 and released her debut album, “For You and the Moon,” that same year.
Since then, Deborah has been active in music, writing, recording and touring, sharing stages with such renowned artists as Van Halen, Humble Pie, Donovan, Foreigner and Paul Rodgers.
Plant and Bonham's surprise performance highlights their commitment to emerging artists and their desire to support them in their development within the music industry.
The friendship between Robert Plant and Deborah Bonham has remained strong over the years. In a 2022 interview, Deborah spoke about their close relationship and shared experiences, especially in relation to the John Bonham memorial statue.
