I share a cover of a song that is as old as I am and may be even more because I know I grew up to learn this song being sung at school, church and in fact any gathering of Christians, even at home during the morning prayers.
I present a cover of the song You are the pillar. It is a song that refers to God as the pillar that holds our lives. The pillar on whom we hang and have our being. God is the pillar without whom we cannot have our being. Thus, this is a song of worship to God. We have always sung this song during worship times and it always carries a high spirit. I remembered it and I decided to make this and share with you.
This song teaches us a very big lesson of life. It teaches us two things: 1. Is that we cannot become anything meaningful without God and 2. We don't need to be troubled so much about our lives because God is our pillar.
It is a pity that the world today does not recognise this fact and most times, people rely on their strength and abilities but which cannever satisfy the demands of life. The world has always had a wrong approach to God and this has caused the lives of many.
The fact is that we are beings that do not have all it takes to live well and so when we depend solely on ourselves, we run the risk of being in despair and by consequence suicide and all kinds of evils of life.
We can only be happy as we ought to be when we lean on God as our pillar. When we cast all our burdens on Him amd let Him to take preminence over our existence. The lyrics of this song expresses that act of self abandonment and so I beckon on you to sing it along abandoning yourself to God.

Les comparto un cover de una canción que es tan antigua como yo y puede que sea aún más porque sé que crecí aprendiendo esta canción que se canta en la escuela, la iglesia y de hecho en cualquier reunión de cristianos, incluso en casa durante las oraciones de la mañana. .
Les presento un cover de la canción Tú eres el pilar. Es un canto que hace referencia a Dios como el pilar que sostiene nuestras vidas. El pilar del cual pendemos y tenemos nuestro ser. Dios es el pilar sin el cual no podemos tener nuestro ser. Por tanto, este es un cántico de adoración a Dios. Siempre hemos cantado esta canción durante los tiempos de adoración y siempre transmite un gran espíritu. Lo recordé y decidí hacer esto y compartirlo con ustedes.
Esta canción nos enseña una lección de vida muy grande. Nos enseña dos cosas: 1. Que no podemos llegar a ser nada significativo sin Dios y 2. No necesitamos preocuparnos tanto por nuestras vidas porque Dios es nuestro pilar.
Es una lástima que el mundo de hoy no reconozca este hecho y la mayoría de las veces las personas confían en sus fuerzas y habilidades, pero que nunca pueden satisfacer las exigencias de la vida. El mundo siempre ha tenido un acercamiento equivocado a Dios y esto ha causado la vida de muchos.
El caso es que somos seres que no tenemos todo lo necesario para vivir bien y por eso cuando dependemos únicamente de nosotros mismos corremos el riesgo de caer en la desesperación y por consecuencia el suicidio y todo tipo de males de la vida.
Sólo podemos ser felices como debemos serlo cuando nos apoyamos en Dios como nuestro pilar. Cuando echamos todas nuestras cargas sobre Él y le permitimos tomar preeminencia sobre nuestra existencia. La letra de esta canción expresa ese acto de abandono de uno mismo y por eso les invito a cantarla abandonándose a Dios.
