Hello dear friends and music lovers, I'm back on this @ablaze initiative with a little bit of.... let's say lack of memory, after an awakening... anyway, you'll see.
The thing is, I don't know if I've already mentioned this in any of my posts, or in any comments... I really don't remember and if I don't remember... ouch that famous phrase. Lol. If you don't know that one you can ask me later, so you can expand your general culture. Otherwise if you know what I'm talking about, and you can tell me, then you earn 1 Hive. Let's get started. The post can't be a bachata because we will deal with serious and hot topics as well.
I woke up and wrote something like... a poetic exercise and I've been some hours thinking about leaving some words here. Day of music, day of strong emotions... that's why I want to start with this song by Adele and I choose precisely this YouTube video because since I saw it for the first time I was impressed. I think the music is perfect for this scene from Game of Thrones.

Every time I watch it, I get goosebumps when she says ‘Dracarys’.
For those who haven't seen the TV series, she is Missandei, a former slave of Naath who became a maid, translator and loyal companion to Daenerys Targaryen.
Here we see Cersei Lannister, queen of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, and a very, very complex character, using her brutality to send a message to the breaker of chains and mother of dragons. The executor of the order is a character called The Mountain.
I have to say that Adele's song makes a lot of sense to me in these days when resilience and courage cannot be lacking.
In conjunction with the images of the GoT scene it conveys many feelings to me. There in that look of Grey Worm, Missandei's partner, there is so much restraint and also pain. They didn't have a happy ending but they were happy as long as they had each other.
Just today I had a dream and I hurried to write these verses.
Sometimes I dream strange things that seem very real. I should keep a dream diary.

I think this is one of Elton John's most beautiful songs about love. It was released as a single in May 1992 and the album of the same name came out a month later.
And finally I want to share... it's hard to beat Adele and Elton John, isn't it?

I like this theme and it reminds me that I will soon have to get a tattoo as promised... hahaha... yes, it's true... I'm not joking. But well, this girl who is younger than me by only 1 year has appeared on my Flamenco playlists and it seems that this is her signature track which is also dedicated ‘to all the free, independent and wild women who fight every day to defend their place in the world’.
Actually, she's only won me over with two more songs.

Elton John and Adele are great artists, just probably not my cup of tea. But I greatly enjoyed the flamenko pop one. Spanish language is the most musical in the world! well, probably. 😎 My stuff!

It's good to keep a dream diary but I cannot write my dreams as they are super scary and sometimes response to my traumas. I cannot 😢
But, these days I am thinking to have a diary on which I can paste my cards from my tours and travels 🧳.
Dreams are a great topic and I believe they help to detect inner issues and unresolved conflicts. You should investigate. But from what you tell me, this idea you have is wonderful. Keeping a travel journal... Wow. It will definitely be beautiful.

I went through the first song, you know why. 😁 Sir Elton John is great and the piece you chose is one of his themes connected with moments of my life, I stay with it. I'm sorry about the Potra salvaje but I've taken a mania for it... here in Spain they've been putting it on everywhere since the summer and I ended up saturated. I'll take a look at your other proposals from the artist, I hope that reconciles me with her.
