RE: Triple death punch

in Music2 years ago

music is really a panacea; I've been thinking lately that I would like to try playing some other instrument.
I was also learning to play the otamatone heh heh!

At Christmas I gave my wife a guitar, in the past I had a decent collection of 6 guitars 😉

Sort:

Six guitars? You're a rock star bro!

Eh eh no I actually liked to collect them; I had an electric and a classical one, then I bought a dobro and two other studio guitars; the last sixth was from a friend who wanted to sell it, we had played a lot when we were kids and it was a gift from his father ... so as not to let it get into the hands of strangers, I bought it.

Unfortunately now they are no longer in my possession, it's a long story maybe one day I will tell it.
In any case, in the meantime I bought two more, recently guitars, let's say the studio ones, they're just fine for strumming.

It's good to have varied interests and why not guitars right? Do you play well?

Yes, I really like guitars; let's say that I'm doing well, when I was young I was even better, it must be said that I played a lot more, today I'm a little out of practice, but basically it's a bit like riding a bicycle, isn't it?

Most skills such as music are perishable and so must be practiced to maintain them. If a person enjoys it, then the practice won't be difficult to do, but finding the time to do it might be.

Yes, unfortunately it's always a matter of time, currently the days are really full and the night for now I need to sleep eh eh!

But give me some strumming I still happen to do it, let's say that when I was young I played every day and it actually makes a difference compared to doing it once in a while.

But in the future I'll have time to do it and yes learn to play drums and I'll sax heh heh!
