Last weekend I did not have time to take part in Music Mini Weekend Contest by @music-community, but this time I will not miss this opportunity.
Also, it seems to me that I misunderstood the very essence of the contest and it was necessary to leave a message in the thread, but since I wrote more than I wanted, I will publish it in my blog.
Music plays a very important role in my life. I like to sing, play the guitar, just listen to my favorite songs, but I don't like to dance. I mean, if I could dance, maybe I would like it. In any case, dancing is always positive emotions and incredible energy.
But honestly, I don’t even know what composition would be best to choose for the dance. It is also important to understand what dances we are talking about. Since I can only dance slow dances, perhaps I will write a few words about this.
My wife and I have a lot of common songs that we love. But one composition occupies an important and special place in our hearts. It's "Careless Whisper" by Seether. I suggest listening to:
This is a cover of an incredibly famous song by heartthrob artist George Michael. And the most interesting, in his performance, I can not stand this composition. But it's not important. I'll return to the topic.
When my wife and I hear this melody, goosebumps run down our spines, and something inside starts to tremble. I'm sure you understand what I'm talking about. It's such a ... pleasant excitement, as if you dissolve in this music and completely surrender to it. There are very few melodies or songs in my life that evoke such emotions.
Although, to be honest, my wife and I only danced to "Careless Whisper" twice. This is very little, considering that we have been together for more than six years.
