Intro:
Minimal Dark Techno track inspired by early releases from labels like Cocoon Recordings and Highway Records. Not so long ago I announced here on hive that I am writing an album and shared with you the tracks - Methuselah and Altair. This track is very well suited to the nature of the sound and tonality to the track Altair (Soon I will definitely share this track here, it is already completely ready). I also tested the new Serum presets from KSHMR, naturally I had to change something in order to get the desired result, since lately I don’t use Serum so often to create techno minimal music because most of the presets sound very sharp and do not fit this genre, and the CutOFF knob barely manages to adapt the sound to Dark Minimal Techno music.
About Track:
Today we will talk about the Amalthea track, this is the name of one of the inner satellites of Jupiter. As you already understood from the titles of the tracks, my entire future album will be timed to coincide with the space theme. Space has always interested me more than any other topic. More than once in my tracks I used the signals of the cosmos transformed into sound and I really like working with such material because it is unique in nature and I think very few people use such material in their work with their music.
The track turned out to be quite interesting, a little hypnotic and mystical in sound. The idea was to do something not pumping, but smoother, since in the album I alternate tracks and write them in such a way that they make up one compilation for live performances, one track is pumping, the second is less pumping, the third is smooth, the fourth is again goes from calm to dynamic, pumping track and so on. As I said above, I was inspired by the releases of the music label - Cocoon Recordings, this is one of my favorite labels with very good music. Previously, when we all listened to and played music from CD media, I bought and recorded CDs with tracks from this label, it was very close to me and in general then the whole world closely followed the techno music that is made in Germany, since it was there that trends for development were set The techno culture that we have at the moment. So in 2011 my music album was born - Hallo Germany.
Let's go back to today - in the last couple of weeks I have listened to a lot of material, both fresh and very early, and tried to do something in between. There are 3 bass lines in this track, I love when one bass complements another and they merge into a whole picture. When you write this kind of music, you should remember this, sometimes one bass track is not enough and the track may sound dry, and techno music does not like this. The track may not be pumping, but it should have its own depth and breadth of sound, be tight and sound confident.

In conclusion, I want to say that this year I am very productive and have already written quite a lot of new music, I try to develop myself in this direction, I try not to be lazy and not waste time. I regularly study what's new in the world of electronic music, emphasize some points for myself and use them in creating my music. To date, a third of the work on the album has been done, I have 5 ready-made tracks in the Techno style (minimal, dark, progressive).
