Meeting fellow musicians is always great. I started a pub session here years ago and it's one of the best things I ever did. Are electronic musicians very social? They do have an image of operating out of bedrooms.

I agree mate always a good thing, kudos on getting something going with your local lot. We are generally social yet most of our work as you can imagine involves a lot of computer time and we tend to take on projects from artists all over the world so the social game is important. Thankfully I do have a few musicians in my area that like to come round for tea, nibbles and a good jam.
I get where the term bedroom producer came from, there's many famous artists that made their debut work whilst still living with parents. Another way to look at it is DIY artist, pretty much the same as indie. I'm fortunate that I have a dedicated studio room, still not complete but it'll get there. Thanks for chatting :)
