Yes yes yes!!!! The vibes are spreading 🤩🎶

You wrote a wonderful post @stortebeker 👏 I like how the story flows, your review (😌😇 thank you ), your dream and your choice. Although, I have to listen to your selected song one more time.

I hope that your invited friends @riverflows , @likedeeler and @edouard will follow up and spread the vibes of this challenge (which is not a classical challenge, but somehow it is...I can't explain)

The feeling when someone continue with the vibe is priceless 🤩 , isn't it @edje?

Thank you, I'm glad you liked my review! As for the song, just like any question of personal opinion, you may love it or hate it (ízlések és pofonok...). And the challenge... hahaha, is there such a thing as a classical challenge? I mean, I've posted a couple of them myself, but I bet none of them could be called classical. :-)

Of course, tastes differ :)

It is just that the song is new for me, I listened again to it. I am more familiarized now with it :D

Did you re-listen? Love the selected track! I guess I have a weak spot for this genre as well.

The NOT part, I tried to explain in another comment to this post here :) Somehow I tried to combine this in 3 points but thinking about it, more small and subtle reasons were at play when making the choice to call this Spread the Vibes challenge at the same time, not a challenge :)

I did, I listened to the song three times more. I am spoiled now with a comment that made edouard in his response. Now I feel also that I would need more action there, adding some more drums and an electric guitar :D But I suppose Cocteau Twins made their creative way as they felt it :)

And plus, we heard something different, I haven't heard of them before either. So again, many thanks to stortebeker!!

Ok Ok, more action in such music... Soon and you'll love electronic music as well {LOL}

What those electronic music influencers made of me 🙄

😂

Be careful, you may stop loving the piano at one stage when diving into the realm of electonic music ;)

I will have to protect myself better from influences...? 😜

#LifeLoveForPiano

WOOHOO... super nice you took up the invite! Great post you've created and love the music selection and the more than a few words you wrote around it. I never heard of Cocteau Twins, but now I have listened to them on my Spotify to listen to their other work. Am wondering if I can either agree with you or not regarding the single song that does it while the rest may not do much. But I know very well that effect, I can have that with quite a few artists. Some songs just trigger my body and brain left and right, while others are just what it is: music but nothing special to my senses and brains.

Regarding the 'Not' part.... well, more or less twofold, or maybe even threefold:

  1. a challenge in our HIVE community usually has all sort of rules, this one doesn't have any, more guidelines (note: the number of users to invite is not defined in the guidelines :)),
  2. HIVE challenges usually have monetary rewards associated with them, and a selection of the top x or some winner, this one doesn't have any of that (though entries may find some nice votes on their work),
  3. the idea of this 'challenge' is to get interaction going, and for those who post their own music, or the music they love, to write a bit about it, or around it. I was hoping for those who usually don't write a lot, or just a little, to write a bit more since when we bring our stories (of any kind) it becomes easier for the reader to react to it with some meaningful comment which (hopefully) results in more conversations.

Now, to the question, you asked yourself, why you dreamed about the music you shared. It can't be anything else than this invite you got for Spread the Vibes challenge. Your subconscious must have told you through your mind and soul, you had to rediscover this track, spend time finding it, and giving you the urge to pick up the invite {LOL}

Hahaha, you're right, the guidelines didn't mention the number of people you could invite. I guess I just imagined three there, as all good things come in threes, and so on. And as for the monetary incentives... they tend to be so low that you'd probably earn more with the post itself, underscoring your last point, that the point of a contest is really the interaction.

Anyway, I can totally see it: After being challenged, this song emerged out of the depth of my unconscious to get me to actually write this post.

Thanks again for the cool challenge! !BEER

Hips.... Hips.... Drank the beer in one go {dizzly in my head} Thanks for the great feeling 🙃

Great! I can't wait to spread some vibes. But I don't have friends.

There's no shame in that. Since a stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet, applied to the blockchain you could say a friend is just a Hiver you haven't followed yet. But I'm sure if you go through the folks you've interacted with, some of them are bound to be up for sharing some music.
