Songs from a crazy outing

in Music17 days ago

Good evening, gentlemen, I just came back from having a few drinks with some friends and I really don't feel like sleeping so I'm going to write about the 3 songs I've been able to listen to tonight.

The Knack - My Sharona

  • The first song I've been able to listen to is "The Knack - My Sharona", which is actually quite old but it's a song with a chorus that's very hard to forget. And it was the only hit this group had and the song is because he met a girl named Sharona and he wrote it to tell her how crazy he was about her.

"Voodoo People" by The Prodigy

  • Oh my God, when the music started playing I was a little pensive because I hadn't heard it since I was 20 years old and after 28 years later I have heard it again.

  • For those who don't know, The Prodigy was at the forefront of this movement. While many other artists of the time were exploring more "pure" sounds of electronic music, The Prodigy mixed rock, punk and electronic music in a unique fusion. Tomorrow I will look for the CDs that I still have to see if I still have them.

House of Pain - Jump Around

  • And as soon as this song started playing I remembered it and I also remembered how I jumped when I heard it. "Jump Around" by House of Pain is one of the most iconic hip-hop anthems of the early 90s. This song became an instant hit. So everyone, jump around.................

Well, gentlemen, I'm leaving you now because I'm going to sleep, so good night.
