Hola amigos de HIVE!
De un tiempo para acá me pasaba por la mente hacer una versión instrumental del tema "My Heart Will Go On", la que fuera la canción principal de la película Titanic de 1997, interpretada por la cantante canadiense Céline Dion y escrita por James Horner.
Nunca me decidía del todo, pero de algo estaba seguro, la haría en guitarra acústica. Siempre tuve claro que con el sonido de la guitarra acústica quedaría genial.
Hace un par de dias escuché el tema e imaginé la melodía con distorsión, no lo tenía muy claro porque siempre la imaginé en acústico, pero me dije a mi mismo: " hazlo y ya! " y así fué, compuse el solo primero y luego lo demás siguiendo la melodía de la voz para no saturar el tema.
Hi HIVE friends! For some time now it crossed my mind to make an instrumental version of the song "My Heart Will Go On", which was the main song of the 1997 film Titanic, performed by the Canadian singer Céline Dion and written by James Horner.
I never made up my mind completely, but I was sure of one thing, I would do it on acoustic guitar. It was always clear to me that it would look great with the sound of an acoustic guitar.
A couple of days ago I heard the song and I imagined the melody with distortion, I wasn't very sure because I always imagined it acoustic, but I said to myself: "do it and that's it!" and that's how it was, I composed the solo first and then the rest following the melody of the voice so as not to saturate the subject.
En conclusión, cuando por fin me decidí a hacer la versión terminé haciendo todo lo contrario a lo que tenía tiempo pensado (risas),sin embargo, quedé satisfecho.
La melodía de este tema es sencillamente maravillosa, y les confieso que una vez tocandola, estaba susceptible y casi me "quiebro" y tuve que parar porque perdí la concentración.

In conclusion, when I finally decided to do the version I ended up doing the complete opposite of what I had planned for a long time (laughs), however, I was satisfied.
The melody of this song is simply wonderful, and I confess that once I played it, I was susceptible and I almost "broke" and I had to stop because I lost concentration.

Sé lo difícil que es hacer esto, porque cualquier mínimo detalle que no nos salga se tira el cover. Buen feeling en la guitarra y me gusta el tono. Fácil quebrarse con esa canción tiene muchos sentimientos.
Es cierto, sin embargo yo particularmente, hace mucho tiempo, solía estresarme demasiado cuando las ejecuciones no me salían exactamente como quería pero eso ha cambiado, he aprendido a convivir con mis errores en la guitarra, incluso los mejores guitarristas se equivocan en vivo, nadie se escapa, es el precio que tenemos que pagar por meternos en este lío jeje.
