I don't meditate, but I can see it works for some people. Actually playing music is a form of meditation for me as I have to be in that moment. We should each find what works for us.
A perfect way and introduction to mindfulness for me is mindful walking. Which is different because you tune out every thought and just concentrate in your senses. But though I love folklore and mysticism there is some truth in the power of meditation that relies on science. I need to have helped me a lot during my healing journey. The thing is the more you practice the less time you need for it. So after you get the gist even 5 minutes a day can make a difference when you wake up
Grounding bad food in the forest is like my favorite thing to disconnect in the world. Staying with meditation is that it takes some time to get the gist of it but once you do you don't need much time to atune with it
I also don’t think there is anyway in which meditation can have a magic effect
We work for whatever we get and someone like me sees meditation as a way to think ahead and also motivate myself
I love folklore and mythology but I am a scientific wired person. The way we see the world is unique to each one of us. It is filtered through our senses so what were perception is personal and unique. Maybe you perceive a shade of blue slightly different than I do. Using meditation is just a way to focus and drift our attention. The power to manifest recites on our ability just to concentrate and be clear to take decisions or just put away a worry so we can make them without the storm interfering in them. It works for me and there are many things you can call magical even if they aren't magic. For example hacking a tree releases oxytocin which makes you feel grounded and bonded. Our perception is spiritual but the foundation is chemistry. I do not think science and being spiritual are a dicotomy
I am on a "new" computer and spent a lot of time getting the settings adjusted. By the time I did I finally remembered to look for them, and didn't see any. Maybe next time... Loved your hood..
I am just happy that you looked for them. And there will be found when the time is right 🐀🐀🐀 . And I get it I had to change the OS of my computer recently and what a headache
I can definitely only thank you for sharing this mantra with us. This is sublime and the truth to hear it is just too beautiful. Thank you so much,
Thank you so much for the compliment and listening with an open heart and mind
