"Awww, my headaches", I kept screaming, I started to lack the motivation to work and my anxiety to meet up deadlines got higher, I guess I was experiencing burnout from work and needed to make changes. I realized I needed to strike a balance between my work life and my social life.
What did I do?
As soon as I wake up every day after saying my prayer, I start my day with meditation which helps to relieve my mind of anxiety and helps me to remain focused for the day.
Exercising too helps my body to be agile and ready to work. After exceeding, I ensure to drink water which helps me to be energized and hydrated for the day.
Then I proceed to draft out a schedule for the day on how to manage my work life, being a very busy person who has so many deadlines to meet, I need to make life a lot easier and make work a lot more enjoyable.
My love for writing has made me create about an hour every morning to write for the day, each day has a community to post in here on #HIVE, and for each community, I post in, I engage there too and then I proceed to #Dreemport where I curate posts every day too.
Being a seamstress, I make sure to cut all the clothes I will be making for the week on Mondays, while Tuesdays to Thursdays are for sewing, then on Fridays have been dedicated to the market, where I replace used items and then for Fabric sourcing.
In between my days at work, I ensure to take a break, stretch my legs and eat good food, while sewing I ensure to listen to #music which makes my work more enjoyable.
Saturdays are for laundry, shopping, and other gross sanitation and Sundays are for God, Netflix, and chills and to Unwind.
I have set alarms for each day or to sleep as I have realized that sleep has a way of refining your body and rejuvenating the mind, so, I ensure to get about 8 hours of sleep every night.
All of these have helped me to be organized and stay intentional about my health, work, and social life, these have helped me strike a balance in my life as I am no more overwhelmed with what to do for the day.
Most importantly, I try to live in my truth, which means living according to my means, staying off debt, and living a very simple and happy life. There's nobody to impress other than myself. 🤭
In conclusion, I realized doing what I love to do in an organized way, staying intentional about my health, getting enough sleep, and unwinding to ease my body off the stress have helped me feel a lot better and happier, the constant headaches have now reduced and I feel a lot more fulfilled now.

This!! Music soothes a lot and helps me work effectively too. If listening to music while working, I do a lot than I expected. Haha.
